Protect yourself from the sun
One of the most important ways to care for the skin is to protect the skin from sunlight. Exposure to the sun long time can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems, as well as increase the risk of skin cancer. The methods of sun protection are as follows:
a.Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Reapply every two hours; if you swim or sweat, you should apply it more frequently.
b.Wear clothes with sun protection design. Wear long-sleeved shirts, trousers and wide-brimmed hats to cover your skin.
Treat your skin tenderly
a.Limit bath time. Hot water and prolonged showers will over-remove oil from the skin and cause dryness.
b.Avoid using strong powerful soaps. Strong soaps and cleansers will deprive the skin of oils. Instead, choose a mild cleanser.
c.Dry gently. After washing or bathing, pat or dry the skin with a towel to keep some moisture on the skin.
d.Moisturize dry skin. If you have dry skin, use a moisturizer that suits your skin type.
Eat healthy and do not smoke.
